The SUPERCentral system saves time for the Adviser, Client, Auditors and the ATO.
Governing Rules are always up-to-date
Updating occurs automatically and without paperwork, so clients aren’t continually asked to sign documentation.

Streamlined generation of SMSF Statement of Advice
A specialised Statement of Advice generation module for SMSFs is available through Wealth Planner. This allows Members to provide compliant strategy and investment advice to SMSFs in a streamlined and customised way and efficient manner.

Specialist product offering
To cater for the diverse needs of SMSF clients, we have specialist products available for Members (and their clients) including instalment warrants.

An instalment warrant is an arrangement where by an asset is purchased over time via periodical payments or instalments. A typical instalment arrangement is where a buyer pays an initial amount to acquire beneficial interest in an asset as well as an entitlement to any income derived by the asset; the buyer then pays an agreed amount back to the seller which will be made up of both capital and interest.

Direct share options including Separately Managed Accounts
Shares can be purchase through different options for your SMSF clients depending on the needs and situation of the client including:

Separately Managed Accounts via BlackRock Customised Portfolio
Model Portfolios, available through our approved research process; or
Direct securities purchase as an advisory or non-advisory transaction.

Separately Managed Accounts via BlackRock Customised Portfolio
The BlackRock Customised Portfolio Services is a registered managed investment scheme that enables investors to own a professionally managed direct share portfolio as a separate account to which their investments are allocated.

The investor selects a model portfolio of direct shares and BlackRock manages the direct share portfolio on behalf of the investor. Whilst investment decisions are made at a portfolio level, each investment decision is reflected in the individual investor’s portfolio. As such, investors have no control over the day-to-day management of the direct share portfolio.

Using a Customised Portfolio eliminates the administrative hassles associated with managing a direct share portfolio.

Model Portfolios, available through our approved research process
Model Portfolios can be used for any direct equities portfolio and can be used when either reviewing or creating a new direct share portfolio for your clients. Members have a choice of three service offerings:

Adviser Trading Centre Model Portfolios
