Barry Lambert established Count in 1980. Prior to establishing Count, Barry worked for 19 years within the Commonwealth Bank of Australia including CBFC. Barry was a Founding Director of the industry body ASIFA (now the FPA) in 1982 and was elected NSW President in 1985 and National President of ASIFA in 1988.
He is also a Director of Count and Countplus subsidiaries and various companies in which Count has minor direct or indirect shareholdings.

Count Financial Limited (Count) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and a franchised network of financial planning/wealth accountants and advisers.
David is responsible for the strategic growth and financial performance of Count. He is a Member of the Board and a Director of Count subsidiaries.
David has broad experience in wealth management and investment banking. Prior to joining Count, David was the CBA General Manager Strategic Development, Wealth Management and a member of the Wealth Management Leadership Team. He also worked as Chief Operating Officer of Neuberger Berman's hedge fund business and at Aetos Capital, a New York based alternative asset manager. Prior to that David worked in New York, London and Sydney with Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.
David received a Bachelor of Economics Degree, with distinction, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Annabel Spring

Annabel Spring is the Group Executive for the Wealth Management division of the Commonwealth Bank. Annabel was appointed to this role in October 2011, where she is responsible for Colonial First State, Colonial First State Global Asset Management and CommInsure.
Previously she was Group Head of Strategy and Communications. Prior to joining the Group, Annabel was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. In her capacity as Head of Global Firm Strategy and Execution, Annabel was responsible for global strategy and the execution of all Firm transactions. Previous to that she held various positions in the Leveraged Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance departments. Annabel began her career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst, and has worked in New York, Asia and Australia.
Annabel holds directorships across a number of Wealth Management boards, which oversee investment management, insurance and financial advice.
She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army Australian Eastern Territories.
Annabel has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Economics, both with honours, from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where she graduated as a George F. Baker Scholar.
Marianne Perkovic

Marianne is the General Manager Colonial First State Advice Business. In this role she is responsible for Commonwealth Financial Planning (CFP), BW Financial Advice, Financial Wisdom, Whittaker Macnaught and the related dealer group support areas.
Before this role, Marianne was the General Manager of Distribution at Colonial First State.
Marianne has seventeen years' experience in financial services. Prior to joining CFS, she was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Count Financial Limited. During her time at Count, Marianne held various roles including General Manager, National Business Development Manager and Technical & Adviser Services Manager. She was appointed as an Executive Director in 2004.

Michael Venter

Michael Venter was appointed Chief Financial Officer, Wealth Management in August 2011 after five years as EGM Group Finance and Deputy Group CFO.
Before joining the Group in 2004, Michael was General Manager, Management Reporting at AMP. Prior to that, Michael served in senior finance executive roles within Nedcor Bank, one of the 'Big 4' banks in South Africa.
Michael is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has a Post Graduate Degree in Accounting from University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.
Peter Taylor

Peter is the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Wealth Management division of the Commonwealth Bank. Peter assumed this role in August 2011 where he is responsible for the risk management function of Colonial First State, Colonial First State Global Asset Management and CommInsure. Prior to his current role Peter had been the CRO for CommInsure since April 2009.
Before joining the Commonwealth Bank, Peter worked for BankWest in Treasury and then Internal Audit before establishing the risk and compliance function for St Andrew's Wealth Management in 2006 as its Chief Risk Officer (CRO). Before this he was a founding partner at a financial services group in Zimbabwe covering banking and Wealth Management.
Peter holds director positions on a number of Wealth Management entity boards.
Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance (cum laude) from the University of Natal, South Africa.
