The schemes of arrangement under which all the ordinary shares and outstanding options in Count Financial Limited would be acquired by a wholly owned subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia were implemented on 9 December 2011. Count's shares are currently suspended from trading and it is anticipated that Count will be delisted before the end of December 2011.
